Letter of Consent for Dependant Pass holders who are business owners

If you hold a Dependant Pass in Singapore, and you wish to start a business here, you will need a Letter of Consent(LOC) for the legalisation of your business. This is applicable or you will only be eligible for the LOC if:

• The sole proprietor of an ACRA-registered business.
• A partner of an ACRA-registered business.
• A company director with at least 30% shareholding in an ACRA-registered business.
