Employment
The Employment Act covers most employees, with extra protections on hours and overtime for lower-paid staff. Citizens and permanent residents receive CPF contributions, and the Tripartite Guidelines set fair hiring practices.

CSA runs the Cyber Essentials and Cyber Trust marks, and from 2026 is phasing in the Cyber Trust mark as a requirement for CII owners, their auditors and licensed security providers.
